b) To note the erection of 1 new residential dwelling to be named: The Garden Room, Moreton, Thame.

c) To note the conversion of double garage to office to be known as: 15A Bell Lane, Thame.

d) P20/S3789/HH – Amendment No.1 – Cresswell, Victoria Mead – Single storey side extension (Amended plans received 10 December 2020 to include the installation of solar panels on the roof slope facing South East)

To note that having reviewed the amendment, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 24 November 2020 to Support the application.

e) P20/S2381/O – Contrary Decision – 3 Conduit Hill Rise – Erection of a detached dwelling with access, parking, and amenity space (amended plans received 22nd September 2020 altering the footprint, siting, and orientation of the proposed dwelling).

To note the District Planning Authority granted outline planning permission on 18 December 2020. The Town Council Objected on 4 August 2020 and 6 October 2020 on the grounds of Not in keeping with character of local area, Overdevelopment, Unneighbourly, and Dangerous highways access.
