a) P15/S4215/T28 – Wenman Road, opp Motor Cross Spares, 2C Lupton Road. The proposal incorporates the installation of 1x DSLAM equipment cabinet olive green, the dimensions of which are: Height 1300mm x Length 800mm x Depth 450mm.

b) P15/S4242/T28 – PCP013, Overton Drive, S/O 32 Overton Drive. The proposal incorporates the installation of 1x DSLAM equipment cabinet olive green, the dimensions of which are: Height 1408mm x Length 750mm x Depth 407mm.

The Town Council recommended refusal – The proposed conservatory, and the alterations from the approved scheme, would detract from the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building.

Planning Permission has already been Granted by the District Council.

g) Rooks Lane Closure Notice – Rooks Lane will be closed from 1 February 2016 to facilitate widening of the footway. Anticipated completion date is 12 February 2016.

h) Augustine Way off Wenman Road – Proposed Parking Restriction – Technical Consultation. The Town Clerk’s view is it is an obvious and simple addition so do not need to formally respond.

Planning Permission has been Granted by the District Council.
