a) Transport Representative – Cllr M Stiles

7 Puffin Crossing – Wenman Road

To consider a response to the proposal to construct a Puffin crossing on the B4012 Wenman Road west of the junction with access to the Thame Park Business Centre, with the centre of the crossing approximately 86m east of the junction with Thame Park Road.

 

8 Draft Section 106 Supplementary Planning Document consultation

A late notification has been received on a consultation on the transfer mechanics of amounts previously requested under Section 106 but in future to be requested via the Community Infrastructure Levy.  Details are published at http://www.southoxon.gov.uk/services-and-advice/planning-and-building/planning-policy/delivering-infrastructure.  Given the late notification, the consultation deadline has been extended to 13 November 2015.  The Town Clerk believes the recommendations to be sensible and acceptable.  To consider a formal response from the Town Council.

 

9 Affordable Housing

Following questions raised by Councillors, to note that the rules applicable to Thame in relation to affordable housing allocations are currently being investigated.
