8. SODC Planning Committee Notification – P18/S1215/FUL

We have been notified that planning application P18/S1215/FUL – Thame Park Road, Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of Planning Permission P15/S2166/RM – to remove the side windows from plots 12 & 13, is due to be discussed at the District Planning Committee meeting on 7 November 2018, (after the failure to discuss on 17 October 2018).

To note that a plan of action will be executed via e-mail outside of the meeting cycle.

9. P17/S3465/T28 – Fire Station, Nelson Street

The installation of 3 No. new antennas on wall mounted poles, fixed to the Fire Station drill tower. At ground level, 1 No. new meter cabinet will be installed, with additional equipment fitted internally within the drill tower. Additional ancillary equipment will be required on the outside of the drill tower, including an air conditioning unit and a 600mm wide cable tray which will run from ground level to the antennas and will be painted to match brickwork.

a) P18/S3377/LDP – 53 Coombe Hill Crescent – Garage conversion and use of property for beauty and relaxation treatments. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

b) P18/S3326/LDP – 8 Hazelrig Drive – Demolition of the existing conservatory, single storey rear extension and conversion of integral garage. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

c) P18/S3474/LDP – 10 Victoria Mead – Replace two rear elevation flat roofs with pitched roofs. Upper pitched roof to have roof tiles to match existing. New single storey pitch roof to be mono pitched and to be covered in metal / metallic coloured sheeting. With proprietary roof light included. New doors and windows to side and rear elevation, including box window projection on rear elevation. New side window screen in obscure glass. Existing rear elevation / rear wing side elevations rendered in white silicon render, to cover elevation changes and to ‘dress’ up the overall appearance of the rear of the property.

The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
