c)    P19/S0344/FUL – Land between Elmfield House and The Old Dairy Moreton – Contrary Decision – Erection of a detached, single storey, 4-bedroom dwelling with parking and amenity space. (Additional arboricultural information received 17th April 2019)

To note that this application was considered by the District Planning Committee on 24 July 2019, the District Planning Officer’s recommendation was for refusal. Thame Town Council had No Objections.  Following discussion of the item the District Planning Committee granted permission.

d)    P19/S1990/A, P19/S1991/FUL and P19/S1992/LB – Steamer Trading Cookshop 109 High Street – Redecoration of existing timber string coloured store front to mid grey satin. New signage to Fascia (revised from applied vinyl to hand painted as shown on amended plan received 12th August 2019).

To note the amendment to hand-paint the ‘ProCook’ logo.

To further note that consent to display an advertisement, planning permission and listed building consent were granted on 14 August 2019.

e)    P19/S1923/LDP – 10 Moats Crescent – Outbuilding for use as workshop, store, garden room and gym, to replace existing garage, store and gym.

To note that a Certificate for Lawful Development was granted on 14 August 2019.

f)     P19/1653/HH – 2 Coombe Hill Crescent (Amendment No.1) – Part retrospective application for boundary fence (As per amended plans received 26 July 2019)

To note that planning permission was granted on 20 August 2019.

To further note that following Amendment No.1 being noted by this committee on 13 August 2019, it has been confirmed by the District Planning Officer in paragraph 2.2 of their delegated report that the proposed extensions in the original application have been removed. It is the officer’s view that this removes the reasons for objections made on 11 June 2019.

g)    P19/S0480/FUL – Amendment No. 2 – Thame Service Station, Long Crendon Road – Two Drive Thru (A1, A3, A5) Pods with associated landscaping, hardstanding and other associated works. (Bat survey submitted 21 August 2019).

To note that having reviewed the amendment it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation to Object made on 12 March 2019.

h)   P19/S2604/LDP – 1 Youens Drive – Certificate of Lawful use for the formation of habitable room in roofspace with side dormer. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

i)     P19/S0608/HH – 77 Park Street – Contrary Decision – Single and two storey rear extension, single storey side extension, and erection of a shed to the rear (as amended by plans and additional information received 24 May, 31 May, 18 June, 16 July, 17 July, 26 July and 30 July 2019 altering design of rear extension, proposing render on side wing, providing arboricultural impact assessment, revising design of single storey side extension, updating Heritage Statement, re-siting of shed, and updating the landscaping plan and tree protection plan).

The Town Council recommended to Object on 12 March 2019 for the following reasons: Proposed extensions would result in harm to the listed building; Proposed extensions would conceal much of the existing building; Adverse impact due to scale, form and proportion. Planning permission was granted on 8 August 2019.
