a)    Transport Representative – Cllr M Stiles

a)    P17/S4441/O – Amendment No. 4 – Land North of Rycote Lane – To note the latest amendment shows the addition of a LPA Submission Report in relation to great crested newts.

b)    P18/S2008/PDH – 4 Cotmore Gardens – Removal of existing conservatory and construction of a new one at the rear of the property. Depth 4.365m Height 3.5m Height to eaves 2.3m.  The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

c)    P18/S1352/HH – 3 Jubilee Gardens – Amendment No. 1 – Single storey extension to west elevation and provision of two dormer windows in the east elevation of the existing garage.  As amended by plans received 14 June 2018 showing reduced patio area and amended tree protection measures.  After reviewing the amendment the Officer’s opinion is that the additional information would not alter the Town Council’s original recommendation of approval.

d)    P18/S2028/LDP – 20 Vane Road – Formation of habitable room in roof space with rear dormer. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

e)    Buckinghamshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan – As circulated to all Councillors on 7 June 2018, we have been notified that the Buckinghamshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State/Planning Inspectorate on 1 June 2018.

f)     Oxfordshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan: Part 2 – Site Allocations – As circulated to all Councillors on 26 June 2018, we have been given advance notification of the next consultation stage on site issues and options, to take place from July to September 2018.
