a) P20/S1777/FUL – Amendment No.3 – 2 Garden City – Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of a 3-bedroom detached dwelling (Plot 1) and a 4-bedroom detached dwelling (Plot 2). (Additional contamination information received 4th January 2021).

To note that having reviewed the amendment, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 16 June 2020, 25 August 2020, 6 October 2020 and 27 October 2020 to Support the application.

b) P20/S4494/HH – Amendment No.1 – 15 Cedar Crescent – Proposed front porch, replacement of garage with single storey side extension and rear single storey extension. (Amended plans received 7 January 2021 showing correct ownership boundary).

To note that having reviewed the amendment, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation made on 12 January 2021 to Support the application.

c) P21/S0169/LDP – 33 Chinnor Road – Creation of a loft conversion with a full width rear dormer and 3x rooflight windows to the front roof plan.

The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
