2. Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest; and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.

3. Public Participation and Public Questions

To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

6. South Oxfordshire District Local Plan

At the District’s Scrutiny Committee Meeting on 19 June 2019 the decision was taken to defer the review of options around the future of the Local Plan 2034, pending the presentation of further information on housing supply. The next programmed Scrutiny Committees are for the 2nd and 23rd of July 2019.

7. Thame Neighbourhood Plan Revision

Tetsworth Parish Council have invited the NPCO to address their Council on matters of common concern.

Following the first two meetings of the NPCCCWG the NPCO will be drawing up an ongoing series of regular meetings to enable progress to be maintained.

8. Oxfordshire Growth Board / Oxfordshire Plan 2050

To note that the next Oxfordshire Growth Board Scrutiny and Board meetings scheduled for 25 and 30 July respectively have been cancelled.

9. Affordable Housing / Community Land Trust (CLT)

To receive an update on progress of the Thame Community Land Trust.

10. Other Items to Note

a) The Oxfordshire Neighbourhood Plan Alliance group has been invited to meet with the Director of the Oxfordshire Growth Board in order to receive a briefing about current plans.

b) Help and support provided by the NPCO to various other NP groups including Attleborough, Tetsworth and Watlington.

c) Further telephone discussions held with Stofords in relation to Employment Land provision (and the outline permission granted in Rycote Lane).

d) Further discussions with Bellway and SODC in relation to their legal allotment provision at Site C2. The Town Clerk believes we are getting very close to having to step in and establish the pros and cons of taking it on ourselves, or via an Association, in spite of Bellway and SODC’s legal responsibilities.

e) The NPCO and the Chairman are booked into SODC’s Neighbourhood Plan Policy Writing workshop on 3 July 2019.
