7 South Oxfordshire District Local Plan

To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest known status of the South Oxfordshire District Local Plan.

8 Thame Neighbourhood Plan Revision (TNP2)

To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest progress towards the adoption of TNP2.

9 Oxfordshire Growth Board / Oxfordshire Plan 2050

To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest known status of the Oxfordshire Plan 2050 and related initiatives.

10 Affordable Housing / Community Land Trust (CLT)

To receive an update on progress of the Thame Community Land Trust.

11 For Information

a) To note the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee has produced a report, as circulated by the NPCO by e-mail, based on the Government’s White Paper for Planning.

b) To note the consultation on a proposal to expand Lord Williams’s School, Thame. The consultation relates to the principal of expanding the school and therefore Officers consider that a formal response from the committee is not required, however Members may wish to submit their own responses to the consultation, which closes on 21 July 2021.

c) To note the Town Council has been notified of a petition for a Pedestrian Crossing on Oxford Road, Thame, opposite the Renaissance Development (previously Rycote Cottage). This petition has been passed onto Oxfordshire County Council and Thames Valley Police.
