1 Apologies for Absence

Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs Bretherton (SODC), Dodds (SODC), Fickling (Holiday) and Welply (SODC).

 
2 Declarations of Interest

There were no declarations of interest.

 
3 Notices of Motion

Proposed by Deputy Mayor Cllr Lambert: “That the vote to elect two co-opted members onto the Council at this meeting of the Full Council take place by ballot rather than a show of hands”

RESOLVED:

i)             That the vote to elect two co-opted members onto the Council take place by ballot rather than a show of hands.

 
4 Co-option

Following the co-option procedure the Town Mayor Cllr Nigel Champken-Woods declared Adrian Dite and Linda Emery duly elected as Co-opted Members onto the Council to serve for the remaining term.

The Mayor thanked all the candidates who stood for Co-option.
