P14/S3841/FUL – Amendment No. 2 & 3

Erection of 203 dwellings, with new allotment plots, public open space, new pedestrian and cycle routes, construction of internal access roads, foul water pump station, surface water attenuation, ancillary enabling works, together with the formation of new vehicular and pedestrian access points (As amended by plans and supporting documentation received March and April 2015 and further amended by Site Plan SM539-SL02 Revision E and Garage Plan Stn-Gar 05 accompanying agent’s email of 15 April 2015).
