2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest, and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.
To note that, in relation to Item 14, Cllr Gregory and Cllr Bretherton as District Councillors on this Full Council will make their comments and decisions based upon information available at the time of the meeting. It is accepted that District Councillors may come to a different decision in the light of more information being made available at District Planning Committee Meetings.
3 Civic Announcements
To receive the report of the Mayor and any such communications as the Mayor may wish to lay before the Council.
4 Thames Valley Police
To receive a verbal update from Thames Valley Police on policing in Thame. Questions will be able to be put by Councillors and Members of the Public present.
5 Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Acting Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

Outline application for access only for the construction of up to 57 dwellings (Class C3) with associated landscaping and open space.

15 Town Mayor Designate
To appoint the Town Mayor Designate for 2021-22.

To appoint the Deputy Town Mayor Designate for 2021-22.
17 Return to Physical Meetings
To consider options and agree arrangements for the Annual Meeting of the Council and beyond.
18 Annual Town Meeting
To consider options and agree arrangements for the postponed Annual Town Meeting 2021, which must be held between 1 March and 1 June.
19 Allotments and Community Orchard
To agree in principle that, subject to completion sign off by South Oxfordshire District Council, the Town Council take on ownership and management responsibilities for the new allotments at Site C and new allotments and community orchard at Site D.
20 Thame Football Partnership
To approve the signing and sealing of the Deed of Variation from Oxfordshire County Council.
21 Risk Management Policy
To adopt the updated Risk Management Policy.
22 Bledlow Household Recycling Centre
To receive a verbal update on the progress towards the possible re-opening of Bledlow Household Recycling Centre.
23 Thame Park Estates Residents Association
To formally acknowledge the Thame Park Estates Residents Association and their Association Rules.
24 Priest End and Oxford Road Residents Association
To note that the Priest End and Oxford Road Residents Association has dissolved, and its surplus funds have been transferred to the Town Council.
To note that the Grants Award Process for 2021-22 commenced on Monday 29 March 2021. The closing date to receive completed applications is 4 May 2021.
