20 Schedule of Meetings

  1. Thursday 28th April, 6:30pm – Full Council (this will be to discuss TNP2 next steps and the agenda will be published on 21st April).
  2. Tuesday 24th May, 6:30pm – Full Council (this will be to appoint the new Councillor and discuss the Fair Agreement. The Planning & Environment committee will follow this meeting).

 

21 Planning Decision

  1. P21/S0644/FUL – Pearces Yard, Aylesbury Road – Full planning permission for the erection of a 70-bed care home development (Use Class C2), including communal space, landscaping and associated development (amplified by energy statement received 13 April 2021)

To note that planning permission was refused on 22 March 2021.

 

22 Community Governance Review

To note that the District Council are currently consulting on the changes put forward by parish councils as part of the Community Governance Review. The consultation runs until midday on Friday 29 April 2022 and can be accessed via: southoxon.gov.uk/communitygovernance.
