1. Apologies for Absence

2. Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest; and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.

3. Public Participation and Public Questions

To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

To consider questions from members of the public (who live, work or run a business in the Parish). Written questions must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 4pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

4. Minutes

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 10 May 2016.

5. Midsomer Murders Plaques

To consider granting permission for the installation of Midsomer Murders Plaques (subject to Planning Permission) on the Town Council’s property at the Town Hall and the Museum building (subject also to Museum building tenant approval).

6. Open Spaces Working Group / Elms Park Improvements

Further to the Open Spaces Working Group / Elms Park Consultation report to the Community, Leisure and Recreation Committee on 12 April 2016, the Open Spaces Working Group have had further discussions with the chosen consultants TEP to discuss the latest design proposals in more detail.

The s106 Agreement requires the Town Council to complete the consultation by 5/2/16 (which was done) and to submit a Reserved Matters Planning Application by 5/6/16.

To consider the proposed planning application submission pack, so that final comments can be provided to TEP in advance of their formal planning application submission on or before 3 June 2016.

The final planning application submission will be supported by an unmanned informative exhibition at the Town Hall.
