To note the Planning Court has dismissed the challenge made by Rectory Homes Limited against the Secretary of State’s decision to dismiss their appeal against the decision of South Oxfordshire District Council to refuse planning permission for P18/S3596/FUL.

19 Solar Street Project

To consider whether to accept the invitation from the promoters of the ‘Solar Streets’ opportunity, to give a presentation to the council and relevant members of the Green Living Group, to determine whether Solar Streets is something the council could endorse to take forward to the public to gauge the community’s interest.
