On 17 May 1967, Councillor David Dodds signed his Declaration of Acceptance of Office at Thame Urban District Council and he has served the town as a Councillor ever since. To congratulate Councillor David Dodds on 50 years of exemplary service to the community.

8. P17/S1069/FUL – The Elms, 32 Upper High Street

The erection of an Extra Care housing development (Use Class C2) comprising apartments, houses and a communal residents’ centre with basement parking and storage areas and creating of new public open space, provision of new vehicle access from Elms Road and a new pedestrian / cycle link onto the Upper High Street with associated infrastructure works and landscaping.

To consider the planning application and agree a recommendation.
