8. Music in the Park – 2010-14 Surplus Funds

Further to the agreement at the Community, Leisure and Recreation Committee on 25 October 2016, and the further representations reported at the Council meeting on 15 November 2016, further discussions have been held with various parties. To note that relevant further clarity will now be agreed as the monies are transferred, once charitable status is achieved.
