2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

3 Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

7 Tree Condition Report
To note the Tree Condition Report and recommendations arising from the report.
8 Service of Remembrance & Armistice Day
To note that due to Covid-19, the usual Service of Remembrance event cannot take place on Sunday 8 November 2020. Discussions are taking place with St Mary’s Church to hold a smaller Memorial Service on Armistice Day to allow some wreaths to be laid, which would then be moved to the War Memorial, in line with Government guidelines.
9 Christmas Event
To receive an update on arrangements the celebrate the festive season in Thame and to note that due to Covid-19 the Christmas Lights Switch-On on Friday 4 December 2020 cannot take place.
10 Music in the Park
To agree to the closure of Elms Park on Sunday 2 May 2021 and event support arrangements for Music in the Park.
11 Thame Carnival
To agree the operational support and associated expenditure to assist with event preparations for the Carnival on Saturday 12 June 2021
12 Open Spaces Working Group
To receive a verbal update and agree the proposed changes to the grass cutting regime.
13 Farmers Market
To note that work continues on ensuring the continued survival of the Farmers Market.
14 Freedom Parade
To note that the rearranged RAF Halton Freedom Parade date has been confirmed as 9 May 2021, subject to any Covid-19.
15 Themed Markets
To agree that the Community Services Manager organises a further two themed markets in 2021.
