Minutes of a Meeting of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee of Thame Town Council held on 13 May 2014 at 7.51 pm In the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.

1 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2014-2015 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr M Stiles be appointed Chairman.   It was then moved and duly seconded that Cllr N Champken-Woods be appointed Chairman.  On being put to the vote it was:

RESOLVED: That Cllr N Champken-Woods be appointed Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2014-2015 municipal year.

 
2 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman for the 2014-2015 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr M Stiles be appointed Deputy Chairman.  There being no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr M Stiles be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2014-2015 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7.54pm
