To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest; and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.
3. Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

8. Open Spaces Working Group
To note that the Town Clerk and the Asset Manager have had further discussions on tackling dog fouling. Revised signage is being prepared for Cuttlebrook Nature Reserve and additional information stickers will be deployed throughout the town.
9. Themed Markets
To agree the dates for the World Market and French Market in April and October 2019 respectively.
10. Town Awards
To receive an update on the 2018 Town Awards and consider any changes to the 2019 Awards.
11. Thame Fairs
To receive an update on the arrangements for the Town Fairs in September and October 2018.
12. Sport in the Street
To note that the Town Centre Street Sports Event, part funded by the Town Council, took place on Friday 29 June 2018. It was a very successful event, attended by a number of local sports clubs and members of the community.
