THAME TOWN COUNCIL

Minutes of a Meeting of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee of Thame Town Council held on 9 May 2017 at 7.42pm In the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.

Present: Cllrs N Champken-Woods, M Deacock, N Dixon, M Dyer, L Emery (Deputy Mayor), M Stiles and T Wyse (Town Mayor)

1. Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2017-2018 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Dixon be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr Dixon be appointed Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2017-2018 municipal year.

2. Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman for the 2017-2018 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr M Stiles be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr M Stiles be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Community, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2017-2018 municipal year.
