To agree to the Royal Air Force Halton to exercise its right to undertake a Freedom Parade on Sunday 8 May 2016.

 

9 Continental Markets

To agree the dates for the Italian and French markets in 2016.

 

10 Christmas Event

To receive an update on arrangements for the Christmas Event.

 

11 Music in the Park

To agree to the closure of Elms Park on 1 May 2016 and event support arrangements for Music in the Park.

 

12 Open Spaces Working Group / Elms Park Consultation

13 Priest End Allotments to Burial Space
