If you are creating an account to add a listing to our Business/Community Directory please be aware of the following terms & conditions:

All listings in the Town Council’s directories are subject to approval. The address, permanent office or meeting place of your business / company / charity / organisation must be in or within 5 miles of Thame. Please also note that we do not approve listings from national organisations unless they meet this criteria. You are required to keep the information in your listing up to date which can be done by logging into your account at www.thametowncouncil.gov.uk/login. When you submit a ‘Create a Listing’ form, a copy of the information you provide is saved on our website’s password-protected database and sent to info@thametowncouncil.gov.uk. Subject to approval, all of the information you provide on this form will be made publicly available (excluding your name) on our website. Please ensure you read our Privacy Notice at www.thametowncouncil.gov.uk/privacy and tick the box below to confirm that you agree to Thame Town Council’s Privacy Notice and Directory Terms and Conditions.

  • Please use your business or community group name.
  • Thame Town Council cannot see or access your password.
  • When you submit a ‘Register User’ form, a copy of the information you provide (excluding your password, which Thame Town Council never has access to) is saved on our website’s password-protected database and sent to info@thametowncouncil.gov.uk. By completing this form, you will create an account which will enable you to create, and subsequently edit and/or delete, a listing on our Directory (www.thametowncouncil.gov.uk/business-directory).
