We have an exciting opportunity to join our Kubota Holdings Europe (KHE) Group IT team as an IT Solutions Analyst, to catalogue all IT systems available within the Kubota EU region and their key features/benefits. To then utilise this information in dealing with business managers to identify their needs, whether or not they can be met internally and then working with the key stakeholders to deliver requirements.

The role will be based in our Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire. The hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, and we are currently operating hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Here are some of the key elements of the role:

To identify all current IT systems across the Kubota Group in Europe and to catalogue their key features/benefits/uses etc.
To work with functional managers who have additional IT requirements to identify what these are. These requirements should be ‘mapped out’.
To then ascertain if the requirements can be met with existing systems or there is a new system requirement and make relevant recommendations in order to meet the organisational goal.
To work with the Business Analyst and Business Architects to deliver on the requirement in terms of design, development and testing of solutions.
Continue to assess that the solution provided is ‘fit for purpose’.
To provide general advice and technical training.
Ensure that all solutions, whether current or planned are in line with compliance, data governance etc.
Retain detailed project plans and report on project performance as required.
Frequent travel to other European entities.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as an IT/Business Process Analyst/IT Consultant or similar.
Experience in project management
Extensive knowledge/experience of working with databases/system security
Understanding of business practices and the ability to map these
General office administration experience
Will possess a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written whilst working with many different cultures
Will be able to demonstrate ability to manage issues to a successful conclusion using empathy, mutual respect and negotiation skills.
Focused, well organised with a professional analytical approach whilst prioritising to ensure all work is completed to the correct standards and timescales.
Experience of working within a continuous improvement environment.
Ideally knowledge of the market/product groups and a knowledge of working within a dealer network
Ideally a current driving license is required.
Current passport requirement for frequent EU travel
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent)
