Please use the contact numbers below in the event of an emergency or during the Town Hall closure.

The Town Council offices and Thame Information Centre are close at weekends, normal opening hours are Monday to Wednesday 9am-4:30pm, Thursday 10am-4:30pm and Friday 9am-4pm.

In the event of bad weather, please visit Oxfordshire County Council’s website for the latest updates and safety messages.

Emergencies – 999 – for any emergency where there is a risk to your safety or the safety of others.

Fallen Trees – 101 (no risk to safety) or 999 (risk to safety).

Flooding on M40, A34 or A43 – 0300 123 5000, say “Report” (Highways England).

Flooding from a main river – 0345 988 1188 or 0800 80 70 60 (Environment Agency / Floodline).

Flooding from a Thames Water burst water main / sewer – 0800 316 9800, Select option 2 and then option 2 again (Thames Water).

Gas Leak – 0800 111 999 (National Grid).

Highways Issues – 03453 101 1111  or 01223 849731 (out of hours) (Oxfordshire County Council Highways).

Homelessness Emergency – 01235 422410 (South Oxfordshire District Council).

NHS – 111 (for non emergencies and health advice)

Noise Nuisance Emergency – 01235 422410 (South Oxfordshire District Council).

Non-emergency Police Matters – 101 (Police).

Power Cuts – 105 – 24 hours a day, free from landlines and mobiles (UK Power).
