U3A is an organisation made up of independent groups run by their members. Members are normally retired or semi-retired and wish to use some of their leisure time to share skills, to acquire new ones and to meet like-minded people. All U3A groups are affiliated to the Third Age Trust. Thame has two U3A groups.
