2023 Grant success

Our Mayor, Cllr Adrian Dite has gone from singing Abba tunes during his successful charity night Mamma Mayor, to joining in with bellringing at St Marys Church.

In 2023 St. Marys Thame Bell Ringers received a community grant from Thame Town Council to replace their 30 year old ropes, and this week Cllr Adrian Dite got to see the new ones in action! 

The bells make such a lovely sound and ambience throughout Thame, and Thame Town Council are glad to be able to support Tower Captain, Rosalie Gibson and her group!
