1 Apologies for Absence

There were no apologies for absence.

2 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Planning Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Baines be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Baines be appointed Chairman of the Planning Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

3 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Planning Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Planning Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr McGarry be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr McGarry be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Planning Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 8:25pm.
