You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Full Council on Tuesday 28 July 2026 on the rising of the Planning Committee meeting, and not starting before 6.45pm (maximum two hours) in the Upper Chamber (Thame Town Hall) for the transaction of business as set out on the attached agenda.

AGENDA
1) Apologies for Absence
To receive and approve apologies for absence.
2) Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest; and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.
3) Civic Announcements
To receive the verbal report of the Mayor and any such communications as the Mayor may wish to lay before the Council.
4) Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Council (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

5) Planning Application – P26/S0179/FUL – Diagnostic Re-agents Ltd Chinnor Road Thame
Demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of 28 dwellings (of which 40% (11) would be affordable housing), together with access and parking/garaging, amenity space (including play area), open space and landscaping, drainage and associated works.
To consider the application and agree a response.

To receive a verbal update following the press release confirming three new unitary councils which will be formed for Oxfordshire and West Berkshire from 1 April 2028.
14) Cuttle Brook Nature Reserve – S106
To receive the Officer report to review and approve the appointment of a contractor to undertake path resurfacing works in Cuttle Brook Nature Reserve using Section 106 funding secured towards this project. Works are funding through S106 as approved by Full Council on 2 June 2026 item 8.
