12) Community & Youth Centre – Update and Application for Lottery Grant
a) To note that Thame Town Council has received approval for a Public Works Loan to a maximum of £3,019,000. A press release (attached) was shared last week. The decision for the exact amount/s to be drawn down will be bought back to Full Council and will be dependent on the success of the £1.4m fundraising campaign. Note that all monies required from the PWL must be drawn down by 18 December 2026.

b) To note that a stage one application to the lottery is in the process of being submitted and work will begin to prepare for the stage two application (subject to acceptance of stage one by the lottery) the total application will be for £400K.
c) To note a more detailed update will be provided at the Full Council meeting on 24 March 2026.
