You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Environment & Assets Committee on Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 6:30pm (maximum two hours) in the Upper Chamber (Thame Town Hall) for the transaction of business as set out on the attached agenda.

To move that under Section 1, Paragraph 2 of The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business because publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

To receive an update on a proposal from the planning applicant to transfer ownership of some public open space to the Town Council.  Including the proposed area set aside for recreation use and land identified for on-site Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) provision.
