1 Apologies for Absence

Apologies for absence were received from Cllr Richards (personal).

2 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Jones be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Jones be appointed Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

3 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Richards be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Richards be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Environment & Assets Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 8:24pm.
