Minutes of a Meeting of the Corporate Governance Committee held on 13 May 2025 at 8:22pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall

1 Apologies for Absence

Apologies for absence were received from Cllr Richards (personal).

 

2 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Dyer be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

  1. Cllr Dyer be appointed Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

 

3 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Cowell be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

  1. Cllr Cowell be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee for the 2025-2026 municipal year.

 

The meeting concluded at 8:23pm.
