THAME TOWN COUNCIL

Minutes of a Meeting of the Culture, Leisure & Recreation Committee of Thame Town Council held on 14 May 2013 at 7.41pm In the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.

Cllrs D W Bretherton, N G Champken-Woods, A Dite, N Dixon, M L Dyer, L Emery,  A Gunn, Peter Lambert (Town Mayor), D Laver, J Matelot Green (Deputy Mayor) and M Stiles

1 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Culture, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2013-2014 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr N Dixon be appointed Chairman.   It was then moved and duly seconded that Cllr M Stiles be appointed Chairman.  On being put to the vote it was:

RESOLVED: That Cllr N Dixon be appointed Chairman of the Culture, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2013-2014 municipal year.

 
2 Appointment of Vice Chairman

The Chairman of the Culture, Leisure & Recreation Committee called for nominations for the position of Vice Chairman for the 2013-2014 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr N Champken-Woods be appointed Vice Chairman.  It was then moved and duly seconded that Cllr M Stiles be appointed Vice Chairman.  On being put to the vote it was:

RESOLVED: That Cllr M Stiles be appointed Vice Chairman of the Culture, Leisure & Recreation Committee for the 2013-2014 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7.46pm
