To receive a welcome from the Mayor of Thame.

2          Minutes (7:05pm*)

To confirm and sign the minutes of the Annual Town Meeting held on Wednesday 19 March 2025 as correct record.

3          Town Mayor’s Report (7:10pm*)

To receive a report from the Town Mayor for 2025-26.

4          Share Final Draft Vision (7:20pm*)

The Council will share its final Vision statement, which will be presented to Full Council on 31 March 2026 for ratification.

5          Open Forum – Questions from Electors (7:25pm*)

Electors in the Parish of Thame can ask questions to local council representatives and express views on matters relating to Thame.

There will be representatives from Thame Town Council, South Oxfordshire District Council and Oxfordshire County Council.

Please submit questions, if possible, in advance using this link or the QR code below to aid the smooth running of the evening.  Alternatively written questions may also be submitted at the Information Centre during opening hours.  The deadline to submit questions in advance is 5pm on Friday 13 March.

Questions are welcomed at the meeting, and if cannot be answered during the meeting the Town Council will respond later in writing.
