1           Welcome

To receive a welcome from the Mayor of Thame.

2           A brief overview of the project to date

3           Answers to any questions received ahead of the meeting

4           Open Forum – Questions from Electors (6.20pm)

Electors in the Parish of Thame can ask questions to the Town Council and express views on matters relating to The Community & Youth Centre Project. Information about the project is available on the Town Council’s website.  Representatives from the project team and Thame Town Council will be present.

Please submit questions, if possible, in advance using this link or the QR code below to support the smooth running of the evening.  Alternatively written questions may also be submitted at the Information Centre during opening hours.  The questionnaire will close at 12:00 on 10 February to allow time to review.

Questions are also welcomed during the meeting, and if they cannot be answered at the meeting the Town Council will respond in writing afterwards.
