We are a well-established SME Medical Device company currently undergoing a programme of expansion.

We have an opportunity for an Office Administrator / Bookkeeper / Customer Service to join us in support of the Managing Director, Finance Director and Operations Manager.

The position offers a blend of administrative and accountancy duties. There will also be an element of external customer services within the role.

Qualified to ICB (Institute of Chartered Bookkeepers) or AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) standard or equivalent with experience of managing the month end function to Trial Balance and preparing draft Management Reports. Experience in Business and Administration in a similar role.

Computer literate with proficiency in Sage Line 50, MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

This is a varied role and a flexible attitude with excellent attention to detail and a systematic organised approach to work is vital. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally at all levels.

The role is full time 40 hours per week. Salary £24000 - £28,000 per annum.
