7. Statement of Community Involvement
To note that South Oxfordshire District Council has published a new Statement of Community Involvement (SCI), Planning Service – June 2017. The SCI sets out how the District Council will engage with communities and businesses in South Oxfordshire to enable them to comment on planning applications and new Development Plans.

b) P17/S2224/PDH – 19 Augustine Way – Proposed Conservatory. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
c) P17/S1018/FUL – The Wychens, 70 Queen’s Road – Contrary decision. The Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer attended the District Planning Committee meeting and provided a summary of the discussions.
d) P17/S2456/LDP – 32 Croft Road – Formation of habitable rooms in roof space with rear dormer. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
