Gable end of property faces onto courtyard of the neighbouring property. This gable is rendered with sand and cement which is in danger of collapse in one piece. For this reason we have removed existing render and made watertight with polythene. We want to replace render with new sand and cement render to match.

a) Transport Representative – Cllr M Stiles

7. For Information

a) Appeal Decision – P16/S3191/FUL – 90 High Street Thame – Change of use from A1 (Shops) to C3 (Dwelling houses) and re-incorporated in to existing residential unit. This is no longer a contrary decision.

b) P17/S4297/FUL – Land West of Thame Park Road – Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of Planning Permission P15/S2166/RM. To confirm that following a review by the Town Council’s planning consultant the application is for a technical correction. The consultant’s views will be passed to SODC.

c) Consultations on changes to air space around Brize Norton / London Oxford Airport have been received. Following a review by Officers there is no need to respond as there is no impact on Thame.

d) P17/S3681/HH – 8 Brookside – Proposed conversion of existing attached garage, extension over garage to create first floor accommodation. Remove existing rear conservatory and construct single storey rear extension. Provide accommodation within existing and new roofs by raising ridge level by 1.040m.

To note that the District Planning Officer agreed with the concerns raised by the Town Council and refused the application. The Decision Notice stated that the application represented overdevelopment of the site, was unneighbourly, out of character with the area and contrary to policy ESDQ16 of the Thame Neighbourhood Plan.
