Corporate Governance Update, 5 May 2026

The Committee received a financial update, which included investment performance. A banking update was noted, along with an update on in‑house accountancy support. The Utilities report and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) report were also noted. The Committee resolved to re-adopt the Investment Policy, and updates to the Members’ Allowances Policy and the Terrorism Policy were discussed and approved. Freedom of Information requests were noted.
