Nelson Street One-Way Trial – Important Update for Residents & Emergency Access

Oxfordshire County Council has introduced an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) for Nelson Street, Thame, creating a one-way system (northbound only) between Southern Road/Elms Road and the entrance to the Fire & Rescue Service Station (pedal cyclists remain exempt and can travel in both directions).

Key reassurance:
Nelson Street remains two-way between the Fire Station and Upper High Street.

The one-way trial aims to:
