Notice of Public Town Meeting

A meeting is being held to share information and to answer questions about the project to build Thame’s Community and Youth Centre. Please join Thame Town Council on 12 February 2026 at 6pm at the Upper Chamber of Thame Town Hall.
 
Electors in the Parish of Thame can ask questions to the Town Council and express views on matters relating to The Community & Youth Centre Project in Thame.  There will be representatives from the project team and Thame Town Council present.
 
Please submit questions, if possible, in advance via this link to aid the smooth running of the evening.  Alternatively written questions can be received at the Information Centre during opening hours.  All questions must be received by 10^th February at 12:00noon.
 
Questions are welcomed at the meeting, and if cannot be answered during the meeting the Town Council will respond later in writing.
 
The agenda will be published on our website and noticeboard on Monday 2 February.
