Mayor attends Panto at Oxfordshire Playhouse

On Tuesday 2nd December, Thame Mayor, Cllr Andy Gilbert attended a performance of Dick Whittington at the Oxford Playhouse, courtesy of the Provincial Grand Master and the Freemasons of Oxfordshire. Each year the Oxfordshire Freemasons purchase all 600 seats at the theatre and invite disabled and disadvantaged children from the City and all over Oxfordshire to the pantomime. This is a very special treat for the children, their siblings, parents and carers, who are all given Santa hats, toys, ice creams and goodie bags.

Pictured at the event with Cllr Andy Gilbert is Alan Baverstock from Thame Masonic Lodge and Cllr Louise Upton, Lord Mayor of Oxford.
