New Councillor – Cllr William Wilde

On Tuesday 13th May, Thame Town Council Co-opted a new councillor, William Wilde.
Cllr Wilde has spoken with hundreds of residents, to help understand key social issues, small and large that affect day to day life in the community.
He also shared his feeling of privilege in standing for Thame in the recent Oxfordshire County Council Elections. Despite being unsuccessful, he remains enthusiastic about helping Thame to thrive as a Market Town and a community.
Cllr Wilde expressed an interest in helping to provide spaces and opportunities for the young people in Thame and continuing efforts to make Thame an affordable place to live and grow up in.
