Lloyds Bank Opens Community Banking Facility at Town Hall

Lloyds Bank is now offering a Community Banking service at the Town Hall on Thursdays between 9am and 3pm.
The move follows the recent closure of its Cornmarket branch.
According to the Lloyds Bank website, Community Bankers offer banking services and account support, including:
- Card and PIN – reporting lost and stolen cards or ordering a replacement card or PIN.
- Manage your personal details – we can help you to update your personal details and contact preferences.
- Order a replacement cheque book / credit book.
- View and order statements.
- Close your account.
- Help with Internet Banking and Telephone Banking.
- Payments and transfers – paying someone new, managing a Direct Debit or standing order, or transferring money between your accounts.
Community Bankers can also help if you need support with a life event or have money worries. They can connect you to one of their specialist telephony teams.
