Foodbank desperate for donations

During the continuing cost of living crisis Sharing Life are regularly delivering between 25 and 30 food parcels each week to households in the area that are struggling. As a result they are really short of many of the essential foods that they need to include. This means we are having to spend up to £200 a week buying supplies. If you can help please drop your donations in the collection points at the Town Hall and the three main supermarkets in the town centre.

The current most needed items are: semi-skimmed UHT milk, 1litre cartons of UHT fruit juice, tins of spaghetti, tins of meat (e.g. stew, mince, pies), jars of pasta sauce, tins of fruit, packets of long grain rice and washing machine tablets/liquid. This list is regularly updated and can be found using the Foodbank app. Links to the apps are on their website: https://thamefoodbank.org.uk/
