Important Planning Applications to be considered next week

Thame Town Council will be considering two important planning applications at a virtual council meeting on Tuesday 2 June at 6:30pm. The agenda can be viewed here, which includes details for joining the meeting.

The Town Council had written to SODC to request that consideration of these applications was postponed until face-to-face meetings could be safely held again. The Town Council felt it was important that members of the public had equal opportunities to view and respond to these major applications. SODC have now confirmed the latest the Town Council can submit its comments will be 5 June (P20/S1355/FUL) and 10 June (P20/S0928/FUL), therefore in order to ensure the Town Council can respond we will be discussing the above applications virtually on 2 June.

If you would like to make representation at this meeting, please be advised that there will be a collective total of 5 minutes allocated for all those wishing to speak for and 5 minutes for all those speaking against this application, in line with our procedure for speaking at public meetings. You must register to speak by 5pm on Monday 1 June 2020.
