Mayor’s Cadets

At the council meeting on Tuesday 19 June, the Mayor of Thame, Cllr Ann Midwinter announced and made a formal presentation to her cadets, Annabel and Sophie Kemp who are members of the 1st Thame Rangers and Young Leaders Unit.

The responsibility of the Mayor’s Cadet is to assist the Mayor during their time in office and act as an ambassador for their organisation and the young people of the area. Cadets are required to attend formal occasions such the Remembrance Service, Civic Service and Christmas Light Switch-on so keep an eye out for Annabel and Sophie as they assist Cllr Midwinter in her civic year.
