Have your say at the Annual Town Meeting

The Annual Town Meeting is an opportunity for Thame residents to express their views and ask questions about issues in the town. Whether you have a major concern or a simple query, Councillors from Town, District and County and staff will be available to answer your questions and address your concerns. There will also be a representative from the Oxfordshire County Council Highways Department present.  Unlike normal Council meetings, you do not need to submit your questions beforehand, instead you can just turn up and take part in the Open Forum.

The meeting is also a time for us to reflect on what the town and Council have achieved in the past year and our aims for the future. The Mayor, Cllr Tom Wyse, will be looking back over the past twelve months, which may include all sorts of highs and lows.  There will also be an opportunity to take part in a workshop on what a potential new Thame Neighbourhood Plan should contain.

Please join us for the Annual Town Meeting and Workshop in the Town Hall Upper Chamber on Tuesday 27 March from 7.30pm. The agenda can be viewed here and copies will be available at the meeting.
